Holy Smokes I'm still at it. The marmalade recipe is from the book "Preserving Made Easy-Small Batches & Simple Techniques" by Elle Topp and Mararet Howard. So far it's my favorite thing I canned....I'm renaming it "Wicked Good Awesome Stuff". And the sandwich pickle recipe is again from the Ball canning cookbook. It needs to chill in a dark cool place for 3 weeks before it's edible.
