Asian Plum Sauce and Chicken Wing Sauce

Super productive day yesterday.  I got two different recipes done.  Started around 7 a.m. and made four jars of chicken wing sauce.  Took a break, ran errands and hit the grocery store for ingredients I needed for round two.  Then in the afternoon, I started to tackle the plums.  We picked one tree so far and got around 20 lbs. of plums. The other tree is a different type of plum and isn't ready yet. Good!  Stay not ready for a while :)   I made 11 jars of Asian plum sauce which only used 4 lbs. of plums.  Today maybe jelly...whatever recipe calls for the most plums :) I had leftover tomatoes so I gave them to the chickens.  I don't think I can look at another tomato.  Sorry I can't find the recipes on line.  The plum sauce recipe is from the book Preserving Made Easy by Ellie Topp and Margaret Howard and the chicken wing sauce recipe is from the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving.
