We are picking approx. 3 lbs. of blackberries from the back yard. I think I must have about 15 lbs. in the freezer already. So I made blackberry and chocolate chip icecream tonight. It was dinner. It didn't feel like icecream...it felt more like a mousse.

I did not run the berries through a sieve like the recipe recommended/suggested. It turned out great.
