Last year I made the freezer version of this jam. It was a hit!! In order for me to mail it to one of my buddies in CA, I had to make a "non-freezer" recipe.
So I used this recipe except I did not use a "Jelly or Jam Maker". I used two pots. A medium sized one for mixing up the jelly and adding the pectin and a gigantic one for boiling and processing the jars.
