Plum Chutney


First attempt at canning in a very long time.....Diced up 16 cups of backyard plums and added 3 cups brown sugar, 3 cups of white vinegar, 2 cups of raisins, 1 cup chopped onion, 2 T. mustard seeds, 2 t. ground ginger and 1 t. salt.
