Italian All natural Ground Sausage Stuffing
Really really good.  I've been told this is the only type of stuffing I should make from now on :)
I put things in this stuffing that I have never in my life put in stuffing.  Sun dried oil packed chopped tomatoes??  Parmesan cheese?  Five local grocery stores did not have Focaccia bread so I ended up going to a wine store/sandwich shop where they were willing to sell me something they don't normally sell :)  Thank you Blue Wind Gourmet :)

Stuffed the bird and made a side casserole too.
