Cheesy Potato Bake with Eggs

 I'm trying to find the recipe on line so I don't have to type it all up.  It turned out really good and I pretty much used every gadget in the kitchen to make it as fast and easy as possible. 
I used the Williams and Sonoma chopper to chop the onions and slice the potatoes.  I used the electric mixer to beat the eggs.  The Black and Decker small Cuisinart to turn the strips of bacon into bacon bits.    I used the kitchen scale to weigh out 3 lbs. of potatoes.  The top egg layer is good if you are doing low carbs...just stay away from the lower layer of potatoes :)
