The Marine in the house has given me my orders (yeah right) to stop cooking such wonderful (translation fattening) dinners. Sigh :( So tonight starts the lower calorie healthier cooking (sigh again). Tonight I didn't even need to turn on the stove, the oven, or the crock pot. Wasn't even worth putting on an apron.
This one is from the Weight Watchers in 20 minutes cookbook (page 65). Turkey, Apple, and Honey Mustard Wraps
1/4 cup honey mustard
4 8" reduced fat flour tortillas
4 red leaf lettuce leaves (Okay I couldn't find these so I just bought a head of Romaine lettuce with gigantic leaves)
1/2 lb. of thinly sliced deli maple turkey breast
1/4 lb. thinly sliced reduced fat Jarlsberg cheese
1 Golden Delicious apple peeled, cored, and thinly sliced.
Slop the mustard on the tortillas (Are you feeling the love yet? :))
Top evenly with lettuce, turkey, cheese, and apple.
Roll up or fold up (who cares :))
Serve to happy husband and tell him he's killing your inner gourmet :)
