|Weight Watcher Recipe|
1 cup of shredded cooked turkey breast
2 T drained pickled jalapeno peppers slices finely chopped
4 T. fat free mayo
2 T chopped fresh cilantro..(I used out of a jar)
1 t. grated lime zest
1 t. lime juice
4 six inch fat free flour tortillas
1 cup shredded green leaf lettuce
1 cup of red cherry tomatoes quartered
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Combine turkey with next 5 ingredients.
Heat up tortillas until crispy and with brown spots *(approx. one minute on each side).
Place 1/4 cup of turkey on to each tortilla spreading it out toward the edges of the tortilla (I didn't bother doing this ) Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
