St. Patrick's Day Quilt Finished

Finished, quilted and bound just in time for St. Patty's Day.  Quilted with a shamrock pattern.  Made using the St. Patty's Day fabrics I've been collecting over the years.

Mission Impossible

The mission is to down size the faric stash as quickly as possible. The current goal is to get rid of the plain solid fabrics I no longer like anymore. Buffy may enjoy sleeping on them but they have to go! I could be a very happy quilter if I got rid of all the fabrics except for the Bonnie Blues, the Jo Mortons, Thimbleberries (of course), my Civil War Reproductions and my 1930s prints. Those are my keepers :)

And this is what they will go into. Your basic Irish Chain quilt. I'm thinking I may use Navy blue where they used the mint green.

This pattern is from the book Quick and Easy Scrap Quilts.

Soldier's Quilt

Making this one at break neck speed for a friend's son.  Hoping to have it done in the next week  or less.

Patriotic background fabrics with flags, stars and fireworks and red and blue stars. Bonnie Blue fabrics for the blue squares and Bonnie Blue fabric for the red border. Will post a finished picture very soon.
