Recipe is From "A Quilter's Christmas Cookbook"

This one is for you Joanie W :)

Bag of Frozen chicken wings and drummettes (approximately 32 pieces)

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons cooking oil
2 large cloves of garlic crushed and minced (Puhleeeze a tablespoon from the jar works)
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a 3 quart backing dish  (9 x 13. x 2)
2.  Stir together the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and pepper.
3. Pour over chikcen pieces turning to coat.
4.  Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours.  Baste occasionally.

I cook mine longer until the sauce gets really thick, sticky and dark :)  Messy to eat but good :)
